Engagement in Yorkville

A fast paced 2 hours engagement shoot for Elena and Luka at a busy and upscale area Yorkville in Toronto. The couple planned their shoot very well to cover a variety of locations in Yorkville and Philosopher's Walk in Toronto. We chose to meet two hours before sunset on a Saturday evening. Yorkville has lot of buildings with a character, a crowd with city vibes and a close by park to create different mood pictures.

We started from 38 Avenue Rd which has a big arch with large stones. Getting picture along with arch was difficult as one need to stand at the traffic signal crossing to take good angle.

We went through various spots at the Yorkville street. It was busy street but the crowd did not bother us taking pictures in front of buildings. In fact, they waited few times till we could finish our shots.

We came to Bloor st and the couple changed to something casual a McDonald's and we headed to the park. At the peak of summer, the park looked even more green. It was not busy at all. We could also take few pictures with university campus buildings adjacent to the park.
